1. Can you customize products for the clients?
Ans. : Yes. We have a professional and experienced team to customize our products for you. We can do both OEM and ODM. You can also send us your ideas to discuss further details.

2. Can you change the packing?
Ans. : Yes. We can change the packing for you according to your request.

3. What are your payment terms?
Ans. : We accept T/T or L/C as payment method. The currency we use is US dollars.

4. How long is your lead time?
Ans. : Our lead time depends on which products and how many products you order, and whether you have special requirements.

5. What is your MOQ?
Ans. : MOQ depends on which products you order. Generally our MOQ is one 20' container.

6. Can I have a trial order before I order more products?
Ans. : Yes. Trial order of small quantity is welcome because we'd like to make sure you get the products you want.

7. Do you offer sample for free?
Ans. : Yes, we can offer sample for free. However, the clients need to pay for the shipping freight.
